Meet The Garcia Brothers

Raul Garcia

Real estate had a big impact in my life as a kid. I can still remember being 12 years old, jumping in our realtor’s car to go see homes. At the time, my parents were renting a lower level 2-bedroom unit in an 8-unit building.  Noisy neighbors upstairs, no backyard and gang activity surrounded us.

My parents were not fluent in English when they purchased our home.  At 12 years old, I remember helping translate loan documents, contracts and disclosures during the escrow process. My parents were nervous taking this big step.  I did my best to help put them at ease. I read and learned the documents to the best of my ability to be able educate my parents. It may sound like a big task for a 12 year old but I REALLY wanted my own room, a backyard and a safe place to play outside.  Little did I know that this was my first step on my journey to becoming a realtor.

Just 12 years later, I was officially a licensed realtor. Looking back, I realize how that experience shaped me and my business perspective today.

I approach real estate with an educator mindset. I learned that to be confident in a decision it is best made when educated.

In my 18 years as a licensed realtor, I have come across a multitude of scenarios that help me anticipate any challenges ahead of time. It is my goal to navigate my clients through their unique real estate experience with education and foresight. Together, I am confident the correct decisions can be made to arrive at the desired outcome.

In 2020, I decided to create The RG Real Estate Team. Using the same educator mindset, I want to share my professional experience with My TEAM. In these times where inspiration is one social media post away, we can become numb to motivational stories. I personally found myself constantly seeking the next bigger and better story. While journaling, I once wrote, “the complicated inspiration you seek is found when you simply take the time to inspire others.” That statement has become my personal mission statement for my TEAM.

Little did my parents know 30 years ago that their decision to buy a home would inspire my life path and chosen career.  Not only did it change the lives of our immediate family, but it has also had an imprint in all the families I have guided to homeownership.
